Coaches, some of you may be aware that District VII is implementing recommendations from its seamless soccer committee to improve opportunities for players in our area.  One of those recommendations is a Player Pass that enables players to guest on another team for development purposes.  District VII obtained approval from Washington Youth Soccer to operate a Player Pass in situations even where the guest player is registered to another club, a relaxation of the previous WYS rule which limited cross-over play to teams within a player's own club.   

 

The District will operate this Player Pass in the Girls' High School Age Spring League, for players seeking to guest on teams playing in the A division.  The Pass may be used by players playing in the B Division to guest on a team in the A division, but not vice-versa,(on the basis that it is for players seeking more competitive experience).  You can find the player pass rules in the download section of this website.
